Break a Habit

Choose one habit to let go of this week.
Take stock of the habits that you’re building, and note any that may conflict with your goals and desired outcomes or any that no longer serve you.
Commit to breaking the chain of any conflicting “bad” habit before it becomes too strong. Make the choice to stop … act on your choice … and break the chain while it’s still weak.
