Are you ready to elevate your leadership skills and drive meaningful impact in your organization and community? Collier LEADS is the Greater Naples Chamber’s premier eleven-month leadership development experience, designed exclusively for high-potential professionals who are ready to grow, connect, and lead with purpose. 

Led by executive coaches Kirstin Lynde and Andy Robinson, this immersive program combines dynamic workshops, real-time feedback, and personalized 1:1 coaching to help you lead strategically and authentically in today’s evolving workplace. 

Collier LEADS is open to Naples, Florida Chamber members who supervise at least one direct report. The program begins with a kickoff on November 12, 2025.
