As you move through your day today, make a special commitment to tag a compliment or a word of gratitude onto every conversation or every interaction you have with another person.

  1. Look for something kind to say.

  2. Express your gratitude or say thank you as often as you can.

  3. Take notice of the little things; comment on them.

  4. Look for opportunities to make others feel good about themselves.

Your challenge today is to find something positive to say to everyone.

Take note of how YOU feel as you move through your day this way.

Gratitude and kindness are also contagious …. be the instigator of this viral phenomenon.
